ucie Julius lives in Zeeland, MI, and is the Founder and CEO of Row Operations, building operational infrastructure to support nonprofit capital strategy, donor relations, and development goals. She also started the girls’ lacrosse recreation program in Zeeland and is proud to have created an opportunity that didn’t previously exist for youth athletes. Lucie joins The Humanity Share’s Board of Directors (USA) with expertise in fundraising, communications, project management, and community engagement.
Lucie has spent years managing complex fundraising initiatives and is excited to support our fundraising operations and strategy. She knows how to build systems that work and has varied experience in data management and optimization, supervision, and donor stewardship.
On her appointment to the Board, Lucie shares:

Her leadership style is collaborative, and she enjoys identifying ways to improve how things work and bring new ideas to the table. Empowering others and being open to different perspectives is how Lucie believes decisions get made fairly.
Lucie’s unique combination of community engagement, program building, and fundraising expertise has us excited about her joining our work to build sustainable futures in East Africa.
