Justin Genzink serves as Chair of The Humanity Share’s Board of Directors, supporting fundraising efforts and events in Holland. As the owner of Cascade Fresh Cleaning Services, he brings a unique perspective on organizational management and community engagement. After visiting Kenya in 2024, Justin saw firsthand the life-changing impact of clean water, education, and mentorship. Witnessing a university student conference and seeing the water projects in action deepened his passion for THS’s work. He especially values the organization’s commitment to partnering with communities rather than positioning itself as a savior. When he’s not working or supporting THS, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and dreaming of one day singing with an orchestra. He is passionate about connecting others to THS’s mission and believes deeply in the power of generosity to transform lives.

Lucie Julius lives in Zeeland, MI, and is the Founder and CEO of Row Operations, building operational infrastructure to support capital strategy, donor relations, and development goals. She builds systems that work and has varied experience in data management and optimization, supervision, and donor stewardship. After spending years managing complex fundraising initiatives, Lucie is excited to support fundraising operations and strategy at The Humanity. Share

Chelsea Wilsey lives in Grand Rapids, MI and has experience in partnership management and strategic development. Her skills and experience cultivating corporate partnerships will help THS establish a trusted protocol to increase donor participation. Chelsea believes community-led action is the best way to create a safer, more sustainable world, and that equitable solutions to some of our greatest problems will come when women and girls have access to education and safety (water, medicine, food).
