e are excited to announce the promotion of Justin Genzink to Board Chair. Justin has served on the Board for the past two years, and we are honored that he will be able to use his knowledge, passion, and experience in new ways at The Humanity Share. Below is Justin’s statement on this new role:
“Being on the board of The Humanity Share has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I was blessed to go to Kenya and see and experience the work being done on the ground firsthand. It is impossible to see this work being done and not be passionate about it. It has also been great to be part of the dreaming, visioning, and real work being done to ensure we continue to serve our partner communities well.
I am blessed to be transitioning into the role of Board Chair for The Humanity Share. The more I have come to know this organization, the more I believe in our mission, and I am excited to be a small part of this next chapter as we continue to transition from a start-up mindset to an organization with real staying power. I hope to use the skills and knowledge I have developed growing my own small business to help make that transition as seamless as possible.”
